Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. “Aadesh Venture,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Aadesh Venture, a travel and tour service provider based in Bikaner, Rajasthan, India. “Client,” “you,” and “your” refer to the person(s) making a booking with Aadesh Venture.
1. Booking and Confirmation: a. All bookings are subject to availability. b. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment (as specified by Aadesh Venture) and issuance of a confirmation voucher/invoice by Aadesh Venture. c. Full payment must be made within the time frame specified in your booking confirmation. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of advance payment. d. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. e. Any verbal quotes are estimates only and do not guarantee final pricing.
2. Payments: a. Payment methods accepted will be communicated at the time of booking (e.g., bank transfer, online payment gateway). b. All bank charges, transaction fees, and currency conversion charges, if any, will be borne by the Client. c. A detailed payment schedule will be provided for each booking.
3. Pricing and Inclusions/Exclusions: a. The price of your tour package or service includes only what is specifically mentioned in your booking confirmation/itinerary. b. Unless expressly stated, prices typically exclude: * Airfare (domestic/international) * Visa fees * Travel insurance * Personal expenses (e.g., laundry, telephone calls, tips, mini-bar, souvenirs) * Meals not specified in the itinerary * Entrance fees to monuments, museums, or attractions (unless specified as included) * Any kind of drinks (alcoholic/non-alcoholic) * Guide services (unless specified as included) * Any services not explicitly listed in the “Inclusions” section of your itinerary. c. Aadesh Venture reserves the right to revise prices due to unforeseen circumstances such as fuel price hikes, government taxes, hotel rate changes, etc., even after booking confirmation. You will be informed of such changes and given the option to accept the revised price or cancel (subject to our cancellation policy).
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy: a. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [Your Aadesh Venture Email Address] from the registered email ID used for booking. b. Tour Packages & Cultural Activities: * 60 Days or More Prior to Tour Start Date: 20% of total package cost deducted. * 30 to 59 Days Prior to Tour Start Date: 40% of total package cost deducted. * 15 to 29 Days Prior to Tour Start Date: 70% of total package cost deducted. * Less than 15 Days Prior to Tour Start Date or “No Show”: 100% of total package cost forfeited (No Refund). * Peak Season/Festive Bookings: May be non-refundable or subject to higher cancellation charges, as specifically communicated at the time of booking. * Specific Services: Non-refundable components (e.g., flights, special passes) are non-refundable regardless of the above terms. * Unutilized Services: No refund for any unused or partially utilized services. c. Car Rental Services: * 24 Hours or More Prior to Service Start Time: Full refund (minus a nominal processing fee of INR [Your Processing Fee, e.g., 200-500]). * Less than 24 Hours Prior to Service Start Time: 50% of the booking amount forfeited. * “No Show”: 100% of the booking amount forfeited. d. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 15-20 working days to the original mode of payment. Transaction fees may apply. e. All refunds are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Any foreign currency exchange rate fluctuations will be borne by the Client.
5. Amendments by Client: a. Any request for amendments (e.g., date changes, itinerary modifications) must be submitted in writing. b. Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges from suppliers and an administrative fee from Aadesh Venture. c. Amendments requested within 15 days of the tour start date may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, subject to our cancellation policy.
6. Amendments/Cancellations by Aadesh Venture: a. Aadesh Venture reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the itinerary if necessary due to operational reasons (e.g., road conditions, weather, supplier availability). b. In the rare event of a major change or cancellation by Aadesh Venture (excluding Force Majeure), we will offer alternative dates/services or a full refund for the cancelled portion. c. We are not responsible for any consequential losses or expenses incurred due to our changes or cancellations.
7. Force Majeure: a. Aadesh Venture shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, government regulations, or flight/train cancellations/delays by third-party operators. b. In such events, we will endeavor to provide alternative arrangements, but no refunds will be guaranteed, and additional costs may be borne by the Client. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
8. Travel Documents: a. It is solely the Client’s responsibility to ensure they have all necessary valid travel documents (e.g., valid ID proof, visas, permits, vaccination certificates) required for their journey. b. Aadesh Venture will not be liable for any denial of entry or travel due to insufficient or incorrect documentation.
9. Health and Safety: a. Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for the chosen tour or activity. b. Aadesh Venture is not responsible for any illness, injury, or loss during the tour. c. Clients must follow local laws, customs, and instructions from their guide or driver for safety.
10. Client Responsibilities: a. Clients must conduct themselves in a responsible manner and respect local customs, laws, and the environment. b. Any damage caused to property (hotel, vehicle, etc.) by the Client will be their sole financial responsibility. c. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. Aadesh Venture is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of luggage or personal items.
11. Limitations of Liability: a. Aadesh Venture acts only as an agent for the hotels, airlines, transportation companies, and other service providers. b. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, death, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle, or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in carrying out the arrangements of the tour. c. Our liability, if any, for any claim arising from a booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client to Aadesh Venture for that specific booking.
12. Photography and Marketing: a. Aadesh Venture reserves the right to use photographs and videos taken during your trip for promotional and marketing purposes, unless you explicitly notify us in writing beforehand.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bikaner, Rajasthan, India.
14. Acceptance of Terms: a. By making a booking with Aadesh Venture, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
